All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • USA, UK, Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
     

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing,
carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless
the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are
no longer possible.
